Autism-informed therapy
Autism-informed therapy should respect neurodivergence while supporting distress, burnout, relationships, sensory load, and practical coping.
Burnout, anxiety, shutdowns, masking fatigue, relationship difficulties, sensory overload, identity questions, work stress, and emotional regulation challenges.
We work with your strengths, preferences and nervous system, while building practical supports for daily life, communication, and wellbeing.
What to expect
02
Shared formulation
Your psychologist helps map the patterns keeping the problem going and what may help.
01
Initial appointment
We begin by understanding what has brought you in, your background, current concerns, and goals.
03
Ongoing work
Sessions focus on practical strategies, reflection, skills, and meaningful change over time.

Do I need a referral?
You do not need a referral to book privately. A GP Mental Health Treatment Plan may allow eligible clients to access Medicare rebates.
Can I choose my psychologist?
You can request a particular psychologist, although availability varies.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on your goals, concerns, and circumstances. Your psychologist will discuss this with you early in the process.
