Andrew Franze
Psychologist

My passion for psychology and men’s health began from my own lived experience and from everyday conversations about the struggles that so many guys get stuck in. I’m most passionate about supporting adolescent boys and men with their mental wellbeing.
My therapeutic approach is centred on collaboration, practicality, and authenticity, and is always grounded in meaningful goals. I enjoy the challenge of modifying my therapy to meet clients where they are at, rather than forcing something that doesn’t work.
I also have experience administering assessments for ADHD, Autism, and learning disorders. My main therapeutic modalities include a combination of cognitive and behavioural strategies, ACT, and IFS-informed Parts Work. My goal is to help every client feel heard and to feel a genuine sense of moving in the right direction in their life.
