Support through separation
Separation can bring grief, anger, uncertainty, loneliness, parenting stress, financial pressure, and major identity changes.
Loss, conflict, co-parenting stress, reduced time with children, loneliness, anxiety, anger, shame, legal stress, and uncertainty about the future.
Therapy can help stabilise distress, support decision-making, strengthen coping, maintain connection, and rebuild life after separation.
