Understanding grief
Grief can affect mood, sleep, motivation, relationships, concentration, and the way a person sees the future.
Sadness, numbness, anger, guilt, loneliness, regret, changes in identity, difficulty talking, and feeling pressure to move on.
Therapy provides space to process loss, make sense of emotions, maintain connection to what matters, and adjust to life after change.
What to expect
02
Shared formulation
Your psychologist helps map the patterns keeping the problem going and what may help.
01
Initial appointment
We begin by understanding what has brought you in, your background, current concerns, and goals.
03
Ongoing work
Sessions focus on practical strategies, reflection, skills, and meaningful change over time.

Do I need a referral?

Can I choose my psychologist?
You can request a particular psychologist, although availability varies.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on your goals, concerns, and circumstances. Your psychologist will discuss this with you early in the process.
